This group uses Oxfam's name and claims to organise charity activities, asserting that participants can receive financial benefits. Oxfam Hong Kong has never authorised any individual to establish such WhatsApp groups, nor do we solicit personal information through WhatsApp groups. All Oxfam Hong Kong activities operate with full transparency. We do not recruit participants through unsolicited messages, nor do we offer monetary incentives.
