Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of strategies for multi-channel donor acquisition;
• Handle donation forms including data entry and filing;
• Conduct outbound calls, such as welcome calls and donation follow-up;
• Provide administrative support to donor recruitment, including but not limited to venue booking, logistic arrangement, vendor coordination and follow-up work;
• Support office administrative work and database management;
• Assist with donor activities and participate in other fundraising activities as needed;
• Provide support for office administrative tasks and database management;
• Carry out other related tasks as required in the team or Agency.

Requirements:

• Associate degree / Diploma in marketing, business administration, or any related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferable in customer service, administration, fundraising or marketing fields
• Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and a good team player
• Excellent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
